Yesterday I had the wonderful oppurtunity of meeting Dr Alexander Christie and his lovely assistant Kit.  Dr Christie runs the Perth Baby Scan Studio which specializes in 3d-4d ultrasound imaging.  The reason for the meeting was because Dr Christie has been so kind as to let me display my images on the walls of his waiting room! I was also delighted to be offered a complimentary scan as I am 23 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby.   I had previously visited Dr Christie around 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter Marlie so I know first-hand how amazing it is to see a baby in 3d/4d before he/she is even born! So of course I jumped at the chance!
Baby girl is doing great and looks like a nice even mix of her sisters although unlucky for her she looks like she has inherited my ski-slope nose! Already the photographer in me is planning a photoshoot for when she is born to capture that cute wee nose and see how much or how little she has changed since this little glance at her gorgeous face!
I would 100% recommend anyone who is expecting to go visit Dr Christie at the Perth Baby Scan Studio, it is a wonderful experience! I can’t wait to visit again when I go to hang up my photos and have another little sneaky peek into my baby daughters world in my womb.

Last Night I got to meet five year old Jordan and his new little sister Hannah. They were just gorgeous! Both very curious in their own wee ways, Jordan asking tons of questions and Hannah studying everything going on around her!
I must admit I was a tad worried about how a five year old wee boy would be with a baby sister in regards to getting him to give her cuddles and such, but I needn’t have worried Jordan is certainly the doting big brother who clearly adores his new wee sister.
They were an absolute pleasure to photograph! Here is a sneak preview of a few of the photos from the session!

Last night I got to meet and photograph the wonderfully chubby bubby Lily-Grace! She is three and half months old and full of big gummy smiles! Completly adorable!

This week has been fairly quiet on the photo front since Ive being throwing all my energy into the cutest kid contest plus the fact this pregnancy has been putting massive strain on my back, so Im patiently waiting, sitting on my bum of course, for my maternity support belt to come in the post so I can get back to work! However I did manage to get outside with my camera a few days ago and caught this gorgeous photograph of my eldest daughter. Allanah is 3 years old and is a sensitive and caring little soul with a mouth that goes a mile a minute. We took her yesterday with us to our 20 week ultrasound where she found out that she was going to have a second little sister! She is extremely proud of this fact and has not let go of the scan picture, in fact it is with her right now in nursery!
Also as you all know, and its clear from my website, I love a good black and white photo so Ive threw in a b&w version too!

I am delighted to announce the beginning of the Bumps Babies Beyond Cutest Kid Contest!!! I hope for this to become an annual occurrence so for this to happen I need your participation!

I will be accepting entries until midnight on Sunday 21st March. To enter please email me a photograph of each child you want to enter (jpeg files only please) along with their name and ages.
Those of you have been previous clients of Bumps Babies Beyond are more than welcome to enter an image from their session, please just let me know which one you would like to use.

The image entries will be published on my facebook fan page, so you have to become a fan to register your vote. You can vote for as many kids as you like but please only vote once per child!

Winners will receive a free session plus an 8”x12” print. The amount of winners will depend on the amount of entries so please tell all your friends with kids to get in their entries!! Every single entry will receive a 20% discount off sessions booked before last day in May. So even if your child doesn’t win they are still winners!
