Today I had a portrait session with the W family. With 3 kids I knew it was sure to be hectic and a little chaotic at times… I also knew it would give me a glimpse into how my life will be in a few years (I’m expecting our third child in July). Thankfully the experience didn’t terrify me and make me think ‘what have I done??’, I had a great time! What a lovely & fun family! I got plenty of fab photographs of them which I feel really show how fun and close this family are. Here is a sneak preview of the portrait session! Yesterday I had a portrait session with Miss L. What a cutie, extremely sweet with a fiesty side. Miss L was just lovely and clearly the apple of her Mummy’s eye! On that note check out those beautiful eyes!!

Yesterday I had a Christmas portrait session at an Angus playgroup. It was a lot of fun, even my glamourous assistant Kris (my fiance) had a good time! The kids were lovely and (mostly) managed to give me lots of smiles! Here are a couple from the session of pretty Miss I!

For anyone that follows my blog you will know that I have a tendency to show off my kiddos. Well today is no exception, AJ had a Halloween party today at playgroup. I couldn’t bring myself to dress her up scary, so off she went as a little fairy! Anyway the photographer in me couldn’t resist grabbing the camera for an impromptu photoshoot. I just LOVE these photographs of her, captures her cheeky personality perfectly. And again I couldn’t resist sharing!

It seems I dont often have the time to photograph my own family, so when my mum asked me to take some photos of her and my two daughters I jumped at the chance. So here you go here is a few….and yep thats my mum not me!

As a Scottish Photographer living in Angus but with roots elsewhere I often find myself travelling for photoshoots and today I travelled back to my hometown of Alloa, Clackmannanshire. I left Alloa seven years ago so it was nice to see it again, and boy has it changed a lot in the last few years. So today I had a photography session with 6 month old baby boy ‘C’. What a cutie with his big blue eyes and little pouty lips! Mr ‘C’ has just learned to sit up unaided in the past few days so I was delighted to capture a photograph of this milestone! Today I had a family portrait session with a Broughty Ferry family and their 11 week old daughter miss ‘E’! My first little girl photoshoot in a long while actually, Ive had a long run of boys!
What a cutie, with beautiful dark eyes. Miss ‘E’ took a little to get her smiling…in fact I bet mum didn’t think a few months ago that she would be so ready to sing about poops and pee to make her baby smile Anyway, here is a few of the shots from today!
